Can you come out today?+
Zac will give you a time when you call. If sewage is backing up into the house, say so and we'll do our best to get to you first.
Why does my drain keep blocking?+
Repeat blockages usually have a cause: tree roots getting into the pipe, a cracked or sagging section, a joint that's moved, or a pipe without enough fall. Clearing it again only buys time. We find the cause and quote to fix it.
Do you do stormwater?+
Yes. Blocked or overflowing stormwater pits, downpipes that have come apart underground, stormwater lines and yard drainage. Zac holds a drainer licence, which covers this work.
Is the blocked sewer my problem or Hunter Water's?+
Generally the pipes on your property are the owner's responsibility, and the sewer main is Hunter Water's. If we find the problem is on their side, we'll tell you so you can report it to them.
How much does it cost?+
